General Loan Guidelines

Loan Amounts:  $100,000 to $1,000,000.
Lien Position:  1st deed of trust only.
Interest rate range:  9% to 12%. 
Term:  6 months to 5 years.
Monthly Payment:  Interest only.
Points:  2 to 8- depending upon loan size and loan type. 
Loan to Value:  65% to 70% on improved property and 55% LTV on Land & Developments.
